"I called JNK with a fairly urgent, not emergency, repair need noted during a home inspection and Kevin was quick to help. He had Michael come to my home in less than 24 hours. Not only did Michael make the needed repairs, but in doing so he discovered one of the items was a potential fire hazard due to a bad installation done by the previous homeowners. Thankfully, he removed the problem and eliminated the danger. Both Kevin and Michael were courteous and helpful, and Michael was considerate of our home, offering to remove his shoes prior to entering.
